Wonderful
The room was spacious, and the car park was beside the hotel. The hotel offers clean facilities. Staff could converse in English, and breakfast has many options. You can also check the availability of the washer & dryer through the TV in the room.
Probably need to modernise the bathroom. It seems a bit dated.

Run of the mill
Bed is comfy, the room is clean, bathroom is spacious and the staff is nice. Also considering the price-performance, what you are getting is a good deal overall.
The radio near the head of the bed makes a constant buzzing sound which makes it difficult to get a good night sleep. The room was also substantially hot due to central heating system which is not controllable by the guests. Breakfast is not worth a try. However, you will not have many options for a great breakfast around that area either.

Reasonable and comfortable stay in Akita
The cooling system worked well. They had blankets already in the room as an alternative to the heavy comforter. The room had a nice view and was quiet. There is a restaurant attached. We did not order breakfast.
